Orthodontic treatment outcomes, tooth movement speed, and final results vary significantly based on individual skeletal structure, tooth anatomy, compliance with wearing schedules (recommended 22 hours per day), and case complexity. A qualified and registered clinical dentist or specialist orthodontist at an authorized partner clinic in the UAE must perform an intraoral 3D scan and clinical examination to determine individual treatment suitability and plan parameters.
2. Material Technology & Certifications
SmartAligners UAE uses aligners 3D-printed directly from Graphy's Tera Harz (TC-85) resin photopolymer.
According to technical manufacturer documentation supplied by Graphy Co., Ltd., Tera Harz TC-85 is a biocompatible photopolymer classified as a Medical Device (Class IIa) within global regulatory frameworks. It has received CE marking, KFDA clearance, and complies with international safety and biocompatibility standards for oral medical devices.
Any statements regarding material performance, shape-memory recovery, force measurements or hygiene are derived directly from publisher-verified orthodontic journals and scientific testing conducted by the manufacturer. They should not be interpreted as local clinical guarantees by SmartAligners UAE.
3. Practitioner Portal Notice
When the secure practitioner portal launches, it will be restricted to authorised dental professionals. The public website does not accept patient medical files or treatment plans. Partner-clinic access and any patient information will be handled through the authorised clinical workflow and applicable privacy policies.
4. Lead Collection Privacy Policy
By submitting your details via the booking or consultation contact forms on smartaligners.me, you consent to SmartAligners UAE storing and forwarding your contact information (name, phone number, WhatsApp preference and preferred emirate; for clinician enquiries also email and clinic details) to an authorized clinical partner clinic within your selected Emirate (Dubai, Abu Dhabi, or Sharjah) to schedule your initial consultation.
We do not sell, rent, or lease clinical lead data to external marketing agencies. You may contact us at any time to request the removal or update of your lead profile details.
The provider map on the Home page is provided by Google Maps. It loads only when you choose to open it, at which point Google receives your IP address and browser details under its own privacy policy.
5. On-site claims and limitations
These limitations apply to every claim, figure and image on this website.
Plan ranges are guidance, not an individual promise. Published ranges are planning context, not a guarantee of treatment time or of a specific smile result.
The five-stage 3D viewer is a seated product rendering of the supplied initial model, not an animated treatment simulation and not a prediction of any individual case.
Before-and-after photographs on the site are not a promise that any other patient will obtain the same result. Suitability, staging and wear time remain clinical decisions.
Technology-page pressure diagrams are redrawn from the 7 × 8 mm test specimens in Bae et al. 2025, as shown in Graphy's reference. They show laboratory specimens, not teeth, and are not a simulation of tooth response.
Fewer manufacturing steps is a production fact, not a treatment-time promise. Direct printing removes model production and sheet forming; it does not remove validated print and post-processing control.
Shape-recovery percentages cited from Lee et al. (2022) are laboratory specimen measurements at 37 °C, not tooth movement and not a treatment outcome.
